Walrond Community Centre is located just North of Dalston and is a 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground Station. This is a large centre with a 61m² hall, three meeting rooms, large foyer, outdoor space and kitchen facilities. The hall is bright and modern with laminate flooring and plenty of tables and chairs available and included in your hire fee, and has a maximum capacity of 50 people. The kitchen has excellent facilities including hot water urn, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a large oven with 6 gas hobs. The foyer has additional space for tables and chairs along with access to the outside area with further seating. This hall would be perfect for fitness groups, Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts and bootcamps. Children’s parties, family gatherings and social events who can make use of the kitchen facilities would also work well here. This venue also has three meeting rooms available to hire. Meeting room 1 is the first room you come to from the foyer. This is a small, carpeted room ideal for meetings up to 8 people and one-to-one sessions. Meeting Rooms 2 and 3 are connected by a partition and can be hired together to create a larger space for up to 30 people. Individually these rooms would be able to accommodate up to 15 people seated. Ideal for meetings and small local organisations both these rooms are bright modern and carpeted spaces. All meeting rooms have tables and chairs available as part of your hire.
